Qualifying requirements for renting a single family home:

1. Tenant must have verifiable income that shows they can afford the monthly payment.  Whether they are using the section 8 voucher nor not.
2. Tenant must have a security deposit and 1st months rent payment and that amount has to be verified.  
3. Tenant must have a checking/savings account where the monthly payment is debited on the due date from  www.rentredi.com tenant app.
4. Tenant must pay $50.00 for a background check, eviction check and a soft credit pull from Transunion.

Once completed and verified, the tenant will have to fill out an application, provide a valid drivers license and/or photo ID, verifiable income and social security card.  

Finally, a 1 year new lease agreement is signed, the tenant pays the security deposit and 1st  months rent and an appointment will be setup to do a walkthrough with the tenant to make sure everything is acceptable.  Tenant is now a renter of a single family home.
