GJ Property Holdings, LLC has owned and managed over 120 units. Our focus now is on single-family homes across the Southeast.We help tenants become homeowners through flexible programs like Rent-to-own and owner financing, offering solutions banks can’t. Our team evaluates your situation to find the best path for you.

Rentals

2, 3 4 bedroom clean affordable single family homes. Specifically, when a tenant ONLY wants to rent we accept section 8 vouchers. Section 8 tenants are not eligible for the Rent - To - Own or owner financing programs.

Rent - To - Own

A set price is agreed upon, and the tenant/buyer pays monthly rent until a set date, at which point they have the first right to buy. 10% of on-time payments is credited toward the purchase price.

Owner financing

Eligible tenant/buyers with verifiable income and a down payment follow a bank-like process, signing a promissory note and mortgage/deed of trust, which is recorded at the county courthouse to secure their path to homeownership.
